Q. How do I actually down load the PDF file when it shows on my screen?
Depending of the listing of the file the name itself as listed may be the hypertext link itself; if so, just click on it. If there is a thumbnail of the cover or page, then either click on it or on the name of the page which will always be a hypertext link, Most recent browsers and opertaing systems automatically down load the PDF. If it does not, go to your browser and/or operating system preferences and check to make sure the auto down load feature is activated. If the PDF instead opens in your browser, just go to the menu and click on "save to disk" or "save as" or just "save". So much depends on how your sytem is configured and what version of what operating system and browser you are using.
